Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to cancel or return an order:

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with photo proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged items by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging
