How to Book a Trek
Booking takes a few minutes. Most of it happens on WhatsApp, so you can ask questions as you go.
- Pick a trek and date. Browse upcoming treks, or tell us the dates you are free.
- Message us on WhatsApp. Send your preferred date and how many people are coming to +91 88489 27969.
- Get your booking link. We confirm availability and send the booking link for your batch.
- Complete your booking. Fill in participant details and complete payment through the link.
- Get your briefing. Before the trek you receive the reporting point, timings and what to carry.
Treks that need permits
Some treks, such as Agasthyarkoodam, depend on Forest Department permits with limited slots. For these, a booking moves through clear stages, and we keep you updated at each one:
- Enquiry: you have asked about dates and availability.
- Pre-booking: your details and payment are ready so we can apply as soon as permits open.
- Permit secured: the Forest Department has issued the permit for your batch.
- Confirmed departure: your batch is confirmed and the trek briefing follows.
