Your photographs remain yours. Any selected photograph will be used only after the photographer agrees to the applicable usage terms.

Submission Guidelines
- Photographs must be captured within Kerala.
- Landscape, nature, wildlife, and trekking photographs are welcome.
- DSLR, mirrorless, drone, and mobile photography are accepted.
- Drone photographs must have been captured in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Only submit photographs you own or are authorised to license.
- AI-generated images and misleading composites are not accepted.
- Basic colour correction, cropping, and exposure adjustments are allowed.
- Avoid photographs that disturb wildlife or depict unsafe or prohibited activities.
- Photographs must not contain visible watermarks.
- Shortlisting does not guarantee final selection.
- Copyright remains with the photographer.
- Commercial publication or printing requires a separate agreement with the photographer.
- KeralaTrekking may contact shortlisted photographers for additional information or original files.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit mobile photographs?
Yes. High-quality photographs captured on mobile phones are welcome.
Can I submit more than one photograph?
Yes. You may submit up to three photographs.
Can I submit photographs taken several years ago?
Yes. Older photographs are welcome if they were captured in Kerala and meet our guidelines.
Will I receive credits if my photograph is selected?
Yes. Selected photographers will receive appropriate credits and recognition, along with the agreed contributor benefits.
Will KeralaTrekking own my photographs?
No. Copyright remains with the photographer. Any subsequent use will be subject to agreed licensing terms.
What is the project about?
We’re keeping a few details under wraps for now. It’s a special KeralaTrekking project celebrating Kerala’s natural beauty, and we’ll share more when the time is right.
